"The Studio is located in the best area of Milan, with easy access to every place at a walking distance: Duomo,

San Babila, Via Montenapoleone, Corso Buonos Aires. The Studio is located on VIALE PIAVE, a very beautiful

street, full of shops: interior design, fashion, food markets, restaurants, pizzeria, and also the fashion showroom

of Dolce & Gabbana. There are 2 underground stops very close to the building. The Studio is only for

1 person and really FULL of COMFORTS, very high standard, artistically decorated, very clean, with private fridge

and microwaves inside the room. Wi-fi internet very fast. It is a place where you can relax and dream in the

middle of the city. Giancarlo ( the landlord) is very nice and discreet and his professional massage is the bes

full of shops. Very beautiful building and wonderful Studio, very clean,warm and full of comforts. And last

"Studio molto grazioso in una zona di Milano centrale e molto piacevole, oltre che ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (metro,

tram).La camera è accogliente e fornita di frigo e bollitore. Anche se si deve dividere la cucina ed il bagno con il

proprietario,che abita nello studio accanto, questo non ha comportato alcun problema poiché Giancarlo è una persona

"The studio was really nice with good atmosphere and with kindness and hospitality of the owner as well.

The studio has a great location. The city centre and famous places can be reached within 10-15 minutes on foot.

"Habitación luminosa, acogedora, y muy limpia. La ubicación es inmejorable, ya que se puede ir al centro (Duomo)

a pie, de todos modos hay parada de metro, tranvía, y estación de trenes muy cerca. Os la recomiendo porque

el propietario es una persona excepcional y muy amable. Bright, cozy, and very clean Studio. The place is wonderful

, since it is possible to go to the center (Duomo) in 10 minutes walking. There are underground and tram stops

in front of the building. I recommend the Studio also because the owner is an amazingly kind . "

"Great location! The Duomo is approximately 7 to 10 minutes walk. The facility is presentable, clean and

comfortable. Most of all, landlord is very professional and helpful.

The studio is very beautiful, better than what you can see in the pictures. It is clean, full equipped and

perfectly located, very close to the center, public transportation and all kind of shops and in a safe area.

Comfortable bed, private fridge and charming view from the window. Giancarlo ( the owner) was waiting

for me with a big smile and was very helpful and nice to me during my entire staying. His Italian cappuccino

"It was an excellent choice to rent this STUDIO. The location is perfect for both business and pleasure and

convienent to the center of the city. It is close to one of the most beautiful parks in the city. The apartment

is warm and comfortable and nicely decorated with new equipment. The landlord, Giancarlo was warm

and welcoming and very resourceful in helping me get around Milano. I look forward to going back there again."

"I recommend staying in this apartment. The place is in the heart of Milan!! It is at a walking distance from

everything. It is very clean, cozy, nice and fully equipped. Bathroom is super clean, with everything which

is necessary (f.e. washing machine). So is the kitchen. The owner is very respectful, nice and helpful,

He provided transportation from the airport at a better price than a taxi and he is an amazing tour guide also!

"I have rented Studio's all over Italy and I am usually left with disappointment. This Studio was a welcomed

and pleasant surprise. It's location is fabulous with easy access to just about everywhere in Milan. Taxi's, tram's,

buses and the Metro are just outside the front door. The Studio is elegant, clean and in a safe area. The additonal

services offered by the owner made my stay even more memorable. I made good use of the offer of a tour guide

which enabled me to see places in Milan that I might have otherwise missed. My guide was extremely helpful

and loved showing me 'his' Milan. I rode the 'free' bike daily, treated myself to a remedial massage, and took the

hassle free offer of an airport pick-up and drop-off. I got value for my money and it was money well spent.
